What is E.P.T.Q. filler?
E.P.T.Q. is a hyaluronic acid (HA) filler made by JETEMA in South Korea. It can temporarily add volume and soften folds when the exact product is suitable for the treatment area. The S100, S300 and S500 names describe different gels, not a universal treatment plan.
A soft texture or Korean origin does not guarantee a natural result, less swelling or fewer complications. Thin or sensitive skin and first-time treatment still need individual assessment.
How do S100, S300 and S500 differ?
The manufacturer describes the S range as follows. These design descriptions do not prove that one model is safer or lasts longer.

Check the full name on the box. The international range includes versions with and without lidocaine, a local anaesthetic. JETEMA lists e.p.t.q. Lidocaine S100, S300 and S500 with HA 24 mg/mL, lidocaine 0.3% and a 1.1 mL syringe. Non-lidocaine versions have different presentations.
A higher model number does not mean a better choice. The doctor must match the exact formulation and its authorised use to your anatomy and goals.
Is E.P.T.Q. authorised in Thailand, and where can it be used?
Thai FDA records checked on 11 October 2026 listed e.p.t.q. Lidocaine S100, S300 and S500 under licence 64-2-1-2-0000397, with the status “คงอยู่” (active). This applies to those named products, not every similarly named filler. Ask to see the current Thai record and the Thai instructions for the product proposed.
The Australian instructions for e.p.t.q. Lidocaine specify nasolabial-fold correction and warn against injection around the eyes or between the eyebrows. Overseas marketing and CE marking do not establish permitted treatment areas in Thailand.
Do not choose S100 for under-eye treatment simply because it is described as soft. Hollows, pigmentation and puffiness need different assessment; see what under-eye filler can and cannot treat.
Who should avoid or postpone treatment?
Adults of any gender can discuss their concerns with a doctor. There is no need to start filler at age 25, and age or gender alone does not determine the model.
The Australian product instructions list important exclusions, including:
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding or age under 18.
- Severe allergies, or allergy to HA, lidocaine, similar local anaesthetics or residual bacterial proteins.
- Autoimmune disease, porphyria (a group of disorders affecting how the body makes haem), or a history of facial keloids or raised scars.
Postpone injection into or near active infection or inflammation until it has been assessed and treated. A wound or unexplained lump also needs assessment first. Tell the doctor about previous filler, cold sores, bleeding problems, immune-suppressing treatment and all medicines or supplements. Do not stop prescribed medicine yourself to prepare for filler.
The product instructions also restrict use with certain blood-thinning medicines, medicines affecting lidocaine metabolism, a history of streptococcal disease and existing non-HA implants in the area.
Heart, liver or kidney disease and epilepsy require additional review. The doctor should check the actual product’s full instructions before recommending treatment.
When will results show, and how long do they last?
Volume may be visible immediately, but swelling can change the early appearance. The result is temporary and varies with the exact product, treatment area and individual response. A single 6–12-month estimate cannot be promised for all three models or every facial area.
Bruising, swelling or tenderness can last beyond the first few days. Arrange follow-up and assess the settled result before considering more filler. There is no automatic top-up schedule, and drinking extra water does not guarantee longer-lasting results.
When looking at reviews or before-and-after photographs, check which model was used and when the photograph was taken. Another person’s result does not predict yours or establish safety.
How does E.P.T.Q. compare with other brands?
Compare individual products rather than labelling whole brands as softer, firmer or longer-lasting. Juvederm, Restylane, E.P.T.Q. and Neuramis each have different models. Country, gel texture and price alone cannot establish the best option for you.

What side effects and warning signs matter?
Swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness and lumps can occur. Infection, delayed inflammation and allergic reactions are also possible. Increasing redness, warmth, pain, discharge, fever or new lumps need prompt medical assessment. Do not squeeze or massage a problem area yourself.
Accidental injection into a blood vessel can damage skin and, rarely, cause blindness or stroke. Genuine filler and an experienced doctor do not remove this risk.
- Unusual or worsening pain, pale skin, or grey, blue or mottled discolouration: seek immediate medical assessment. If the treating doctor cannot assess you immediately, go to an emergency department.
- Blurred, double or lost vision, eye pain, facial drooping, weakness or difficulty speaking: seek emergency hospital care immediately and explain that you have had filler.
- Breathing difficulty, tongue or throat swelling, faintness or collapse: get emergency help immediately.
Do not wait for a routine follow-up or delay hospital care while waiting for a clinic reply.
Can E.P.T.Q. filler be dissolved?
A doctor may use hyaluronidase to break down HA filler, but first needs to assess the cause of a lump or unwanted result. Dissolving has risks and may require more than one treatment. It cannot guarantee complete removal, your original appearance or recovery from a serious complication. Read about dissolving filler and its limitations.
Aftercare and makeup: what should you do?
- Follow your doctor’s product-specific instructions. Avoid pressing, rubbing or massaging the area unless directed.
- The Australian instructions advise no makeup for at least 12 hours and avoiding prolonged sun or UV exposure and extreme heat or cold for two weeks. Ask how this applies to your treatment and skin condition.
- Check when to resume strenuous exercise, alcohol, laser treatments or peels. Keep makeup off open or irritated injection sites.
- If a gentle cool compress is recommended for mild swelling, avoid pressure. Do not use it instead of seeking help for warning signs.
Keep the agreed follow-up and the clinic’s urgent contact details. Normal hydration is sensible; special water targets or avoiding heat cannot guarantee the filler will last longer.
How much does E.P.T.Q. cost at Smooth Clinic?
Ask Smooth Clinic for a current quote for the exact model and treatment plan. Confirm the total in Thai baht, the volume per syringe and whether assessment, treatment, follow-up or any later correction costs extra. One cc equals one mL, but a syringe is not always 1 mL.

The amount needed is individual. A syringe or package size is not an amount that must be injected, and a low price is not enough to judge value or safety.
How can you check the product before treatment?
- Ask for the full model name, Thai label, authorisation details and importer. These should match the product being used.
- Check sealed packaging, lot number and expiry date before use. Keep the product details with your treatment record.
- If a verification code is supplied, use the manufacturer’s or authorised importer’s genuine channel. A QR code, hologram or convincing box alone is not proof of authenticity.
- Choose a licensed clinic and doctor, and ask how complications and emergency referrals are handled.
